I'd never have any form of paint protection on my car, would spoil the joy of cleaning it.
Proper wash, snowfoam, claying, polishing, glazing, sealing, waxing, more waxing to fade........

Yawn.

I have a CW Gti and I must say I am not impressed at all with how easy the paint chips. Have several on the front bumper where the black primer/plastic shines through. Have a few on the bonnet as well and the gray undercoat is fully visible. Car is at 53000 miles (8500 km).

I had a black golf prior to this one and I had chips but nowhere near this amount. Prior to that a blue metallic Saab 9-3...almost no chips at all. The CW is way too soft and they should have given it a few more layers of paint.
