Other option is agree to pay it, but also make them agree that if the fault turns out to be what you said it was - the refund the cost.

This is VW we're talking about :)

ONly problem with going to Awesome is they're in an industrial estate, literally in the middle of no where.  Dunno how I'd get home?  :undecided:
