Golf GTI / Mk.V 30th Edition

OK my dealer confirmed i have a 30th edition on order.  1st cars availible in Jan but i'll wait till March 1st.  Still can't decide on colour or DSG???

i reckon black would prob look the best, with a manual gearshift. thats my two pence worth anyway!

I wonder if silver would highlight the body kit and hide the stone chips the most on the lower valances.

i wasnt all that impressed when i saw one in silver, would rather have a normal GTI to be honest, or a mark 4 anni

Well i don't really like flat colours, so that only leaves grey or black metallics. Of the 2 i'd pick black but i reckon most edition 30's will be red or black so get grey to be different.

a silver one? saw a pic of one on the internet somewhere, seen them in red and silver and thats it

I am still weighing up what colour I should get - black, red or grey at the moment red - my favourite Mk2 colour - is 3rd, grey just pipped to the preferred spot by Pearl Black...  Black just fits in everywhere   
But that R GTI concept is really taking hold of me...

Oh right neaty, I thought you meant in the flesh. I'm not a red car fan but the one in the german edition 30 pdf earlier in this thread looks hot. Can't help thinking that black will hide the detailing. If it came in blue I'd probably switch my order for an anni but it was the final straw.
