That's not as much as I thought. Are the gtd remaps causing any reliability problems? Do the remaps get wiped if taken to a dealer for servicing or other work?

Never had any trouble with one  :smiley:

That depends if the dealer applies any software updates. If its been through the dealer network during the early years then chances are any updates will have been applied already

If it goes into a dealer just tell them not to apply a software update  :smiley:  if they ignore you then they will have to foot the bill to put the map back on

Demon Tweeks (official bluefin stockist) offered me a Bluefin plug and play device with map and throwing in a KN air filter for 360

No reply to my emails from carbon chiptuning so will start to look for good deals elsewhere. A shame really.

It's all relative really. I've only seen a sale on Bluefin once, which was down to 350 instead of 399. I know the K&N air filter is not comparable to a cold air intake, but the RRP on these is around £50, so it is something. IMO not bad value for someone who's looking for a map with the flexibility of turning it on and off whenever required.
