Yeah fair points, Limestone Grey it is...
The more i look at the colour the more it changes in each picture. Someone said earlier it seems to draw a lot of reflections from other things.
Like this video, some parts look bronze some panels look grey blue, weird.

You've got to remember the car has been polished to an inch of its life here. You will probably be living with it at least 90% dirty or at least with a traffic film over it which will have a big effect on how the colour looks. Especially if you are basing your choice on it "drawing a lot of reflections from other things"
I was really keen on the Carbon. It was between that and white. In the showroom and in the sun, the Carbon was outstanding when clean. But then I seen a couple on the road on a normal overcast day and for me it had lost its outstanding appeal.
For me out of all the colours polished up and under the showroom lights Carbon would win every time but in normal overcast conditions it just doesn't do.
I think Limestone would give that sleeper effect. Non petrol heads would just think its a plain Golf which is maybe a good thing!?
