I'd take it back to the dealer to begin with mate, mines in for paint issues this week as well, strangely enough their application of the autoglym lifeshine (which i didn't ask for) is quite good, it's just a shame that car has issues to begin with!

Cheers mate, i'll be sending another complaint into the dealer tonight. They must hate me by now. I must say i've been completely underwhelmed by the service. I feel like i'm always having to tell them what they've done wrong and I don't even like having to do that. I'm such an easy customer to please even with sub-par standards I never complain but this takes the biscuit especially when you're paying silly money.
I know the dealer will try to fix the issue themselves and make it worse though that's the problem...I want them to allow me to book it in at a professional detailer and for them to cover the expense then reapply the glass coat after but knowing them they will manage to swirl the paintwork again straight after the detail! Argh!
It's a shame really because i've been really impressed with glass coat and it's beading effects and how well it keeps the car looking clean.
