Diesel knock harsh noise since remap GTD 170 (solved with Revo software)

Whatever you do, don't give in.

They've done something with the map that has left your car in less than good condition - you taking the Leon for the weekend shows this.

Ring them Monday and explain your concerns (I find it helps me to write these down so I don't miss anything or not get my point across clearly and accurately)

Ask them what they propose to do to make you a "happy customer" and if they are not prepared to adjust the map then get them to return it to stock so at least it is driveable and not with the issues you describe.

I disconnected the battery on my car on Friday morning before I left thinking its worth a try.
Anyway I returned today and reconnected the battery and the cars performance is back and the boost leak noise has gone!!
Anyone any ideas why?
The only difference is the outside temp is down to 21 degrees today (28 degrees last week)
The only other thing is the battery being disconnected.

Ooh cheeky.
Yeah done just over 20 miles this afternoon and its back to normal.
This proves what I said about no boost leak but it seems strange why a battery reset would fix it.
