drive a mk6 golf everyday too,  and yeah im confident enough with my golf 3 and its current set up

Do you think the Mk6 would leave your Mk3 down a twisty backroad?
Suspension/chassis wise...rather than power.

There's a lot of cock measuring going on here.
I'd just watch from the sidelines mate, its safer...

I'm use to that, from my dogging days.
Way too much information...

MS1COYS, Its around the 330 -350 BHP mark

fully forged bottom end, revs past 7k and keeps going.. pretty mental mate.. need to get it on the rollers to see what Torque is now but it was running 300ibft with the old small turbo and old map.. now has the MTM map and full big turbo upgrade which uses the Porsche tweaked Audi RS2 turbo.. it feels about twice as fast as it did with the standard turbo

not every day you come across a 5 door mk3 GTI that can move like this anyhow, but thats half the fun

Ess three, yours was no where near like mine, but i hear you.. just dont base your mk3 as mine

I should imagine it would be a good drag between your motor and said Integra. A mk3 Gti weighs about 1300 kilos, so if you car is running at 350bhp, then bhp per tonne is 269.23. The Integra weighs 1005 kilos and produces 290bhp, a figure of 288.56bhp per tonne.

With an 8% advantage in the power to weight ratio of the two cars, the Integra should make up for the lack of torque in a drag against your monumental Gti. But it would be a classic contest for sure.

You've not considered gearing or torque there...

Well id rather not talk publicly about road races, but on a private bit of road (yes it was private)

we did a standing start test of the car, side by side with a 405 BHP Evo on a 2005 reg

was nothing in it what so ever upto 130.. then bothe at 3rd gear from 50 mph, the golf pulled away from the EVO

thats where we are at with it

a ITR would have no chance, its alll about how the power comes in, mine is top end similar to a ITR but i have Much much more of it

I don't doubt it for a minute...the Evo will be losing 100BHP+ in losses...you half that, plus you are significantly lighter.

But what about braking or cornering?

Brads mk3 only races from the traffic lights thats why it beats all these stupidly fast cars...
