pipework varies depending if you have a left or right side throttle body and if you need to use 76mm piping and reduce or starting with reduced staright from the intercooler 63mm

The angled pipe work comes in uniform lengths. You adjust it to your  :smiley:application with the alloy joiners or failing that trim the pipe work to fit.

there are so many ways of doing it thats the problem, people say order this and this and that and then you look at another thread and your 4 or 5 bits short, I used the latest link I provided and it tells you what you need per side which is helpful.
and Im not bothering with the T clamps so they will be going back £30 for 10  so I am just going to double up on the jubilees becuase for 20 of the stainless ones its about £16

There is apparently a 63mm inlet/outlet version of the toyosports cooler, but I couldnt find it so using reducers off the inlet/outlet

In your opinion, do you think it will be best to reduce from cooler down to 63mm?

Yeah think i will do the same dalo harkin.
Thats the problem I got, looked at 1 post and got a list of the bits needed, then looked another post and it's different. That's what confused me lol.

Do you think the cooler I have bought will be ok with a k03s? as it's quite a big cooler.

thats what I am doing
so in this post on SeatCupra.net it says:-

On the driverside the pipework goes:

1) 76mm 45Deg Aluminum Bend
2) 76mm 90Deg Aluminum Bend
3) 76mm reducing to 63mm 90Deg Silicone Hose into a:  << you just need a 90 deg silicone hose if using 63mm off the inlet/outlet (not a reducing one)
4) 63mm Aluminum straight connector

Which joins my silicone hose to the standard charge pipe

Moving onto the passenger side the pipework goes:

1) 76mm 45Deg Aluminum Bend
2) 76mm 90Deg Aluminum Bend
3) 76mm 45Deg Aluminum Bend
4) 76mm Aluminum straight pipe

So you just swap all the 76's for 63's and add 2x 76mm-63mm reducers for the inlet/outlet

Like I said this is a cupra way throttle body on the right hand side, and the charge pipe is a K04 version

thats the way I am doing it

I have ordered about 4 parts extra that'll need to be sent back due to the difference in peoples opinions of what is/isnt needed.
the benefit for me doing it the S3/Cupra way is that its less pipework (completely removes the pancake pipe work etc) and you can see on the images that it shouldnt be that hard to do (famous last words  )
all my parts should be here by the end of the week and I have given myself Sat and Sun to fit the bad boy
missus ST TDCI is in for MOT though so may need some bits for that doing, if I have to pull an all nighter to fit the FMIC I will

pretty much, some from ASH and some from Mr Silicone, apparently they are the same, but I dont know.....
Yeah they need to be beaded, any that arent can pop off because of the boost (this is another thing with cutting the pipes if you cut the end you would lose the bead, so order either a piece of joining silicone and chop it up into sections as and when needed and chop the centre of the pipe so you dont lose the bead and use silicone joiners)

Luckily the setup I posted the link to should be exactly the same as mine, so I would rather be cutting the silicone than the ali pipes
