It's a fluttering like air going back onto the turbo. Mostly when ever boost comes on. The vac line goes to under the intake.mani I have an AGU if that helps

have you blanked off the recirc hole in the TIP properly?

The dv is on the intercooler from the turbo

i had a dv on mine when i took it to be mapped and a similar induction kit to the one in the pic and my car was suffering from heat soak and a big loss in power due to the dv even tho i loved the sound f it changing to standard air box and recirc valve is much better and the difference in power is night and day i it wasnt for nick@r-tech putting a 007p on to show me the difference i probably wouldnt of believed it but when one of the best tuners around tell you they aint messing about  :smiley:

Yes I know that all but I'm not really bothering doing much more my golf apart from k03s and map and dv that's all I want . I don't want arecirc just a dv that works and any help would be good to solve my fluttering issue . I have just bought a cold side fitting kit as that is were it was when I bought it.

So just to re stat I don't want a recirc :D

I have one in my shed .Its new ,only done 15 miles. No joke, you dont get flutter noise. Pm me its yours free. Trust me.  :cool: Its £30-40 off ebay. Give it a good home, or it stays in shed in my 007 forge box. PM ME . :wink: I have so much work i never get a day off.  :embarassed: but good money .

It sits on metal tube were diverter valve pipe comes off (after tubo), with blanking plug for tip.
AGU 1.8T. Mods done: R32 front bumper, turborev smic, ngk platinum spark plugs, uprated pancake pipe, demon motorsport boost hoses, forge 007 dv, forge engine cover, r-tec stage 1 map ,home made cold airfilter ,run on 98 ron fuel and castrol edge 0w 40 oil. Advanti racing alloys.
