I've waited 3 weeks for the dealer to send out my documents for which he said he would send out time after time, but still no show.

Do you think it would be unreasonable to request something (possibly a half tank of fuel) as a 'goodwill gesture' for my unconvenience?

Would be interested in your thoughts chaps.

Cheers

What documents? Do you not think your being a little impatient if they've given you a lead time of 12 weeks or whatever? Any retail salesman will tell you that their main priority are the cars that are being delivered in the current month not that of those which are being delivered in a few months.

Sorry if I'm getting the wrong end of the stick.

I would imagine finance doc if he's buying it on the drip. Even so, I'm sure they wouldn't need to be signed until handover.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

Not if they promised to get them to you within that time, if you are just be impatient totally unreasonable and you need to leave them alone until you ave a delivery date else you just pee them off and not get the service youre hoping for.

Be patient

Sorry, I should have said the finance documents were what I was waiting for.

Update:

Well, the documents finally arrived yesterday - 3 weeks late.

It also looks like they're throwing in a Complimentary Aftercare Kit which looks pretty decent. I totalled it up, and it's £80 worth of kit in there!
