I always thought a shopping list down the door made it fast.

I can imagine it driving you insane getting an inbox full of the same questions everyday!

Facebook is the worse noadays.....  "Hi Nick, Why can you NOT tune my 1994 Corsa 1.2 merit?, If I fit a turbo will it help???"   They make me smile, and I remember the times when I thought fitting an air filter and back box to my 1.6 Escort made 35bhp...lol

what it doesnt

Its a FORD!!!

I wish there was just a land line.. too many points of contact imo..   put it this way 15+ text per day. workshop phone rings all day long not stop, my face personal face book is now Niki R-Tech Gower which I am getting around 15 tags, 20PMs per day and part of a major closed seat owners group with is on the go 24/7........... then just been to ukmkivs.net and found 15 PMs. mk5gtifroum.co.uk 10pms, Audi-sport.net 12PMs, SSSforum 22Pms, Golfgtiforum 10+pages....  oh and most mornings I go in to find 20+ emails

Now how am I going to find time to go in the Mitsubusi forums to find out how to make my new EVO4 even faster....lol

I am hoping to expand this year, new full time staff to answer emails, pms and phone bigger workshop with tuning bays and moving back into the BMW generic tuning market to cover over heads which means I can have more time to do my custom VAG tuning and maybe book days of while my staff are tuning BMWs...  Most weeks we are using TWO rolling roads everyday to do custom work...lol
