I'm glad you are, cos something gave cause for concern for my safety today!
In the last post I said about centre cap and grease cap being gone, well the reason is that the new bearing has disintigrated! I didn't notice it at all yesterday, but leaving for work this morning I had to abandon the car at the end of the road such was the grinding and wobbling! On returning from work I set about investigating properly, The outer race had fallen to pieces and the bit that sits on the stub axle had welded itself to it! I managed to get it all off in the end, but had to get a grinder on it although I was really really careful not to cut into the stub. On getting it off though, the stub is pretty scored. I went and got a new bearing from GSF as I really don't trust ECP stuff anymore. Its all fitted now, but I don't know if its me or I'm hearing and feeling things now. Seems a bit wobbly at the back, and sure I can hear a f**ked bearing! I'm a bit concerned about the stub now with the scoring, and not entirely sure its safe. Its not too deep tbh, but still.......    I cannot work out what would have happened with the bearing. It was fitted correctly so I just don't know what to do about it all. I'm gonna have to take it really steady for the next couple of days, and see what happens. MOT is Tuesday, why is everything going wrong ffs!!!!!!!!!!!

The bearing had nothing to do with the widow maker. I did both rear bearings on the 4 post at work! Took my time, and everything went smoothly! No idea why thats happened tbh.

Well it happened again!  Took it all off with the assistance of the grinder, and took a small file to the stub axle spindle. The scoring is obviously not helping, so I filed it all down to smooth but I'm gonna get another asap! Its happened both times when I've been on the Dual carriageway, so it's killing em when at speed. I had to do it really quickly cos I had the MOT this afternoon, and got back home about an hour before it! Anyway, took it easy down to the test centre, and waited whilst it was done. I sit in the car when its on the ramps, and help the tester go through everything. He's good as gold, and lets me know of anything I should be aware of for future, but it passed anyway! Hurray!!!!
2 Advisories, N/S lower ball joint slight play, and minor exhaust leak which I knew about.  :smug:
Another years ticket, although this bearing situation needs sorting ASAP!!!!!
Will update again once everything has been sorted.

Not much to report really, got some crystal side repeaters a while ago but forgot to say about it.

N/S door had dropped a little so it needs a good slam to close the door. Gonna cut up washers to shim it up a little, and I've ordered some new door catch pins as the nylon sleeve on mine are gone, so should make it a bit better. Should be here tomorrow hopefully. Gonna pop into the stealer tomorrow as well for a .25 bar oil pressure sensor, a rad over run switch as the pin snapped on the original, so I'm using the golf one I had spare. Golf one is rated at 90 degrees where as original is 100 degs, so it runs on for quite a while after switch off atm. And finally a quote for the water hose at the front of the block as its split slightly and is leaking a small amount. Its only about £16 from heritage, but it'll be here much quicker if I get it from the stealer no doubt. Other than that, some pics at the local meet yesterday whilst up on the Moors. Not that you can see much of the Moors though!
