bi-turbo vr6!!!  now thats the way 4wrd! 

Would not work on a VR as you only have one bank and manifold.

Twin turbo setup would work, but not a proper bi-turbo setup.


And yes Dan, I agree with you there bud, QPeng is a bit expensive. I expect him to drop the price a little soon as more people are running standard ECU as its not too hard and there is lots of help/advice. Also with the 2.0 TFSI engine starting to appear now, he's going to want to push that and move the 1.8t aside.

Thanks for all  you input. I have managed to source a '51'  1.8t gti lump and box + other goodies for £300... now the  fun starts of buying all the sexy bits...........

I also bought a mint 8v with heated leather, ac, 25,000 etc. I'm doing a r32 conversion. I'm giving myself £10,000 and 3/5 years to do it lol that's all body mods too, but that price ain't including the cost of the wheels as they are coming soon
