Do you not have that IC piped up yet? once its all done, i'd definitely make a boost leak tester to make sure all your joints are tight. One of your pics shows a jubilee type clamp and its on a bend. Very suspect! I had lots of issues with leaks and had to find solutions for that.

No the cooler still isnt connected up, its been top priority since getting it on the road, but times been short lately :(
The whole of the piping is gonna be redone when I finally do connect it all up. The bend you mean is the one on the reducer? its straight inside I've just pushed it right up as close to the bend as I could get it, Its mostly metal on the inside :)

That piece will be gone when it's finished properly as well as I'll be using a Forge dv coldside relocation so wont need that oe piece anymore, was just making the best of a bad situation when I joined it all up :P

Will hopefully have it all done properly tomorrow :)

This one.

This would almost definitly be leaking on that jublilee clip. Those reducers can be cut down, but they dont like to seal on bends. I've just had to add diy beads to my pipes because i was having regular leaks.

had the cooler all rigged up today, lowewed the car down and the passenger side was dangerously close to the driveshaft, it was gettign late so I had to just stick it back to how it was

Still have all the bends and everything made up though so it should only be an hour or so job to reroute the passenger pipework. Pics tomorrow :)

Drivers side just goes straight down from tb to cooler, passenger side I had going along over the abs unit then down at an angle till it was level with the gearbox, then straight towards the ic

cant really see another way of doing it with the way I have everything else in there, really need to sort the battery location out so I can get some more room :(

Have you looked at my run from ic on passenger side? 90deg elbow > 45deg pipe section up behind headlight. Then you can pipe to turbo from there. Ideally pipes should be modded to give the right angles.

Yeah that seems to be how most piping I've seen goes, I cant do that right now though as my battery and filter are both in the way. passenger side in my engine bay has far too much going on really need to move some stuff around. Plan is to move coolant and pas fluid to the other side and put the battery in the boot

I think when I redo it today I'll take out one of the bends by the gearbox so instead of going down then across it goes diagnally across straight to the bend on the cooler

On the look out for a decent weather proof distribution block atm, been told the bmw e36 one is good but I havn't got round to looking further than ebay yet
