Awesome work mate, loving the fact it's not gone as easy a you were hoping!   but then again we all know this with engine conversions!
lol yeah I remember when I was thinking it would all be done in 2 weeks  It's been fun though I'd do it all again, and its soooo worth it, still cant help grinning when I put my foot down

atm its running decat I'll be ordering one sometime next week, only had quick looks around but will probably go for a universal Hoffman 200cell, seen a few around for around £100. Cant remember right now but think my downpipe and exhaust are both 2.5' so will get the cat to match and get a sleeve or something to join it all up, think 2.25' may be too small to seal the ends around it. Not sure how much difference .25' would make on its performance cant imagine it would be too much though?

cheers :) Yeah I'll most likely go 2.5", I've been looking at this one
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Universal-2-5-200-cpi-Sports-Cat-Catalytic-Converter-/350462228431?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item51992d37cf
Only thing I'm thinking is its pretty small and not sure if the ends will be long enough to get a good hold on the sleeve, the whole thing is only 8" long

I'm running a jetex 2.5" system :) On the link Wayne posted its the top one, resonated with a mid silencer. Sounds nice and quiet now even with the 1.8t, but after around 3k-3.5k revs it starts to sound like a rocket lol. It pulls much better than I was expecting when the turbo kicks in, I love this car!
