do you have an old golf seat you don't mind butchering? could cut the subframe off and weld to the scooby seat. save the seat rails for some proper side mounted buckets

i weighed them in friday doh!!!!!!!!!! im not to fussed about using the seat rails as they have cost me about 3 quid a pair to make and a little time

these seats have bolts on the bottom like a standard pair of bucket seats with the subaru runner bolted to them only reason for doin it this way is i need them to be able to adjustable as me and a m8 will be using it

arrggghhhh getting a head ache lol thought it would be simples once i hade made the seat rails

brake bias valves i have just gone a got a willwood bias valve but it says on the instructions it only reduces pressure by 57% will that be enough or do i need one that pretty much goes to cutting them of complety

I honestly can't speak on this one as the braking on the Syncro is quite different.

I know some people have struggled to lower the rear bias enough. Ask on CGTI - more track numpties on there.

cheers fella i had it on the brake machine yesterday while i had tracking done front were reading 250 ft/lb rears were 100 ft/lb but didnt even attempt to lock up on the rollers so hoping there be fine

fitted fronts drivers side seat put seat rail in front and flat bar for rear may not be ideal but really cant see it goin any where in a hurry

rear strut brace fitted/welded in

just need to wire the mfa stalks up now cant seem to get them working for some strange reason

rear strut brace all welded in

seat stays welded in to

few pics of out side its slowly looking like a car again

I think if you're ever going to take it to the 'ring then you should not fit external catches, unless they're aero catches as you'll simply get turned away.

i dout funds would allow that for a good while yet
