The only reason AGU's top most AUMs with same turbo is because they are apparently easier to map as they have less sensors and stuff holding them back.

And you can still run an AGU with vvt you just need to swap the tensioner / sensor thingbob from the AUM head which is what im doing.

When AD let me know whats happening do you think i should just stick with my head if it isnt Cracked?

Well if you can get a AGU head and inlet for cheap enough then i would probably go with that and use the bits from your head to get the vvt to work.  And as for the injectors im sure A D would be able to get them to fit

Well, The AGU head i can get is about £Two-Hundred quid. and the Inlet manifold for about £50. So, Is it worth it for 10 - 15 BHP?. And then i suppose i'll have to get it mapped because it will be a bit lean?

To be honest im not the best person to speak to about mods and if there worth it lol the ammount of money i have spent lately!

But i would be very suprised if you saw even a 5 bhp increase with just the head and inlet so for the money its not worth it if they can just fix yours back up.  You would be better off saving the £250 that it would cost to get AGU head and inlet and buy a ABD small port inlet from awesome.  You would see more gains from the ABD inlet

Monday, Simon is going to put the oil cooler from his car on it and see if it cures it.
