Well definate musts are: head gasket, head bolts, 2 x coolant

Then depending on when it was changed: cambelt kit

Cambelt was done Dec 08, I've been told that you have to do Cambelt at the same time and skim the head

Cheers mate, Wondering weather to get AGU Head and intake while i'm at it lol. might make me feel better about the situation  :undecided:

And, its been a long story i think. but, Just went out tonight and got a warning light for my water, and then got a warning light for my oil. took the cap off to top up my oil (which i thought was weird because it was topped up Saturday) And saw the Mayo on it, Then open'd the header tank and it looked like melted chocolate.

Unlucky mate, sorry to hear that  . Let this be a warning to everyone.. water isn't coolant - with weather like this don't take the chance.

i dont think it was that, The coolant has been gradually getting browner and browner over time. And running out quicker and quicker. BUT, i think thats the lesson. GET IT CHECKED IT STRAIGHT AWAY!  :embarassed:
