So if it's bad they will tell me right? Where can I get a new battery from that won't cost the earth so that I know because I don't want to spend £60 odd for a Halfords one.

I looked at getting one for mine and was quoted £34 by a local company we use, that was back in Nov but have not gone up much.

Can't really be arsed with using my money driving to Bridgewater and then getting a £40 odd battery, when I may as well get it from Halfords for the overall same cost, if that makes sense?

No worries, only other place to try is Hickleys in Taunton or crazy as it might be but why not try Vw.

mine used to cut out, wernt anything to do with battery, alternator etc, the power wire i used wernt man enough for the job :)

Just had the batterey checked at Halfords and it's running at 82% which apparently is really good, so what could be the issue? Alternator or wiring?
