You can get the model after the bug eye with around 80k miles and completely standard for about £3000. It's not too bad to be honest.

For me it would have to be a special version though

The older Impreza Type-R 2 door
or a type-RA or a Spec C

& these are more like double that price

Cleaned, clayed and polished today. Really needs a machine polish though, it's got so many swirl marks up close, and so many paint imperfections.





Needs new number plates as the rear is letting water in between the front and the letters. Going to get some metal pressed ones from dubmeister, they're UK legal.

Also going to spray grill black, and while I'm at it respray the VW badge and hella light covers. Need to get a new splitter too. I want a VR6 one but I don't fancy getting a cheap ebay one as I know it'll crack at the first speed bump.

I was going to say, some trim dressing and tyre gel would make a massive difference :wink:

That picture was just after the bumper gel, it didn't do anything. Tried heat too, lasts a few days only.
