Just received a letter confirming my plaque is due, that would be my second one, yet I sold my ED30 months ago  :rolleyes:

Funny, I keep getting letters from Liverpool VW about getting my Passat serviced. Funny, I've never owned a Passat or had my car serviced at Liverpool VW :huh:

Woohoo finally got my plague today!!!!  Number 1341.

I had my letter about 5 months ago and had called chasing them up but what seems to have pushed it through is that one of those independant survey companies called me a couple of months ago asking what my experience with VW had been and I let them know I was not happy with the way I was being treated in relation to the plague.  Then a week and a half ago a woman from VW called to say that they had recieved my negative feedback and that she was going to to get it sorted for me and that I should get it within a week.

Quite pleased to get the number for the car but I am away to trade it in now anyway!!!
