Its a nightmare.. i called over 2 months back & have not even received the letter.. think a call back is due

Finally got my letter today so called the number and the guy said that I can expect my plaque within 3 months!!!!

They told me 3 months initially - even though I havent received any letter.
Itas almost 4 months now.
Will give em another ring next week!

I got a letter yesterday telling me about the plaques.....and I already have one   I didn't receive a letter the first time round though so I'm going to ring up and try and blag a second one

Got my letter last week, phoned yesterday. Lady on the other end didn't have a clue what I was talking about at first, but then said it would be 2 -3 months. She indicated they're made and sent out in batches. Presumably this means the plaque number we all get is dependent on when we phone, as opposed to anything to do with the car.
