It's inevitable that personalities clash and that there are occasional disagreements. What helps enormously is actually meeting people in person. For example, T_T and I have had our rows but we have met a couple of times and grown to both respect and understand each other better as a result. Consequently, we might still have different views on some subjects (I'm still not convinced by his open fog grills views!) but neither of us let's it matter.
You can't expect to like everyone, nor to be liked by everyone.
Always get to a meet if possible - It makes a huge difference [Hurdy, I still think you're a fat northern barsteward! - Just joking!
