Any advertiser will avoid this like the plague, This site is not for advertisers it is for people who own GTI's and i personally am glad to find out a product may be useless before i buy it even if that means a heated discussion first.
And TT will not be the destruction of this site Greedy people who once had a vision but lost it will. this site has worked fine until recent talk of advertising. 

Owners of the site if you take TT  out of this place. it will be the beginning of the end.   

I completely agree, the sad thing for enthusiasts though is forums cost a lot of money to run and if you're not charging a membership fee then there's only really advertisers bring in revenue. If the admins want it to grow, then they need more money. Advertisers bring in new members, get members discounts and set up partnerships for the likes of group buys etc.

So although it's a double edged sword, done properly it benefits all.

I'm not suggesting TT is gagged or removed, but if they want to move this place forward they have to indroduce elements of control to apease all.
