What, my previous post? Anyway, no, rotate the wheel, and there are usually 2 crews, sometimes behind plastic screw caps, which hold the top and bott halfs together. These will be facing you, as if you had actually removed the steering wheel.
There are also screws on the underside of the lower half. You might also need to release the lever for the steering wheel up/down/in/out adjustment - sometimes a screw hides behind them.
