I'd be interested to know if you guys have any luck. I enquired to VWUK a short while ago on behalf of a customer and they told me that they had no plans to issue plaques for the E30.  If anyone hears differently, I've got a few calls (and apologies) to make to customers.....

I can say though, as a dealer there has been no communication to us whatsoever about these plaques (other than the initial information stating there will not be any plaques).

I hope they do issue some, although i'f i'm honest, I doubt they will....

This thread seems to report contradictions. Why would Fleet Services be the appropriate conduit for Edition 30 plaques?

I was told by customer services that the dealers wouldn't necessarily be aware of the plaques

Looking more and more like this is a non-starter. 

Alot of people were under the impression this was a 'limited edition' but we now know that was a pack of lies.  It now appears that some people being told that the palques were being made was just more lies from VW.

Makes you think alot more about whether brand loyalty should still exist if this is the case.
