Tempreture Sensor -NEED HELP PLEASE
« on: 22 May 2008, 13:05 »
I have the goot old cutting out problem

I have changed pretty much everything now and i'm onto the tempreture sensor.
The car cut out when the revs drop, but only when the car gets warm. I had a look and its about when the oil reaches 60.

Is this tempreture sensor the air intake tempreture sensor or the coolant one?

I hope to order this this afternoon

Undo the Four pin plug,  Pull out the retaining clip and pop it out,  Take the o-ring out, it somtimes remains in the hole.  Plug the new one in with the 0-ring,  push the clip back in and reconect the cables.

Let us know if it sortes the probelm
