Lux Pack... re: passenger dipping mirror
« on: 15 March 2008, 17:04 »
Hi Guys,

Another quick question. I’ve got the Lux pack & Highline computer. The passenger mirror is set to dip when reverse is engaged (and mirror switch is set to L) and then it adjusts back to normal view when taken out of reverse.

Everythings worked perfectly well for a couple of days... however now the mirror won’t return to its normal postion unless I manually select the R position on the mirror switch (or remove the key)... it used to do it automatically.

I’ve checked the Convenience settings in the Menu & everything’s as it should be.

Any thoughts... Cheers... Hotrod

Hi tried resetting it... or just fiddling about (technical term)... still doesn’t function.

Any more clues, as it seems rather trival to travel back to the dealers for.

Cheers... Hotrod

Hi Guys,

All back to normal now, passenger mirror lens returns to normal after 10 mph.
Don’t know why... just fiddled about!

Cheers... Hotrod
