On a slightly different subject, whats the cost of filling up a GTI as around £1.05p a litre? I keep meaning to work out the MPG i currently have to see what difference it will make to my wallet when i get the GTI....
Mines only ever had V-Power since I got it last March, not a drop of anything else! So I'm probably wasting money on the expensive stuff when the normal unleaded would be fine!

VW recommend at least 98 RON as best for the 2.0 FSI engine. It will run on lesser fuels but I, for one, wouldn't want to buy a GTI secondhand that had run on lesser fuel.
using Ron95 or Ron99 or any petrol will not affect the sale price of the car. They just look at the interior and exterior and under the hood. And is there any way of knowing what its been run on........?The average tom dick and harry off the street wount care.
