Oh and the new water pump I got from gsf is wrong! Nothing like the one thats fitted! :angry:

Front partly off



Had do that because the fan motor was in the way of one of the engine mount bolts!

Now having great problems with the exhaust manifold nuts!  :angry:
Have "turned" two already so will have to go get a hex socket, one size I havent got for my 1/2 inch ratchet!
And cant find the 12mm for the 3/8 inch ratchet! (thats no wonder in my bloody garage!)

I would replace them nut's if you haven't already thought of that (I'm sure febi do them)... b.t.w I can get a correct water pump with or without housing but it will be mid next week (if gsf don't work out for you)

I most definitely will replace those nuts!
The way things are going they may have to be cut off!
So might need some studs as well!

Thats if I can get the engine out with the exhaust manifold still attached!

that engine gona be a beast when its run in. you got to be looking at 175/185bhp there easily.
