experience definitely... it goes down a lot after 2 years, age also... 25 is a drop... and... whether you're a pesky student or a full time worker also affects things quite a bit, i'd bet being a homeowner and/or married might too
Used to have a '97 MK3 16v GTI 3dr in 'Black Magic'... now have a '55 Civic Type-S...

well im 29, married, 3 kids, full protected ncd, no points etc, and my 1.8 20v gti mk4 is ?300 thats with wifey on it!!!, but mind you my car is only a group 10 for some reason!!!! ;D

My wife and I are both under 30 and insured our VR fully comp for ?590.
I didn't think that was to bad  :)

get married lads thats the key.a couple of years ago I had a 5 gt turbo.(dont rip the pi$$)the premium was ?50 less if I had the car insured with the wife as a named  driver  on a provisonal  license, than it was to insure the car just for myself being 28 clean everything and 5yrs NCD that was with Tescos,
