Corrado VR6 throttle body and upper inlet manifold will give gains.

Lightened flywheel is a worthwhile upgrade as well.

The throttle body on its own will give you no gains at all, but as said before, coupled with the 2.9 inlet manifold and you will gain yourself a few ponies

Yes it will.
The Corrado VR6 TB is far better than the Golf VR6 2.8 TB. I've swapped several and seen repeatable gains of 2-3 BHP...not a lot admittedly, but combined with a modified airbox and panel filter, it gives 5-6 BHP genuine.

The Corrado VR6 inlet manifold gives better throttle response too, due to it's larger internal volume.
It will give no more top end power because the port sizes are the same.

Yeah, more so than a lightened crank.
The flywheel makes a noticable difference...the crank will make no difference if you bolt it to the damn great lump of pig iron that is the standard flywheel.

The standard VR6 crank is not badly balanced as it is, so little need to mes with it.
It's perfectly fine up to 7500 RPM, and to be making power up there you will be into different cams anyway...so on a standard engine, no point in messing with it.
