You'd have to buy a special exhaust manifold off Ashley or another make, as the 8v one doesn't fit.
Basically, the only additional wiring the K-Jet 16v has over the K-Jet MK1 system, is the ECU which has a mapped program so it can advance the ignition timing without a vacuum unit. There's a multi plug connector on the 16v dizzy that runs to the ECU. That's all you need.
Different people do it in different ways but that's the only way i've seen it been done without bodging looms etc. Other people use the complete MK2 16v engine wiring loom but it's not needed as the VW K-Jet engines work the same way with the same sensors!!(Except the dizzy wiring.)
