you will need to TDC it though, just as a precaution.

I always TDC mine, like i said just a precaution, guarenteed to knock things that shouldn't be knocked. mind you i always end up messing around and moving onto doing P/S/Alternator belts aswell, which consequently needs changing.... AGAIN..  :angry:

OK cheerz ppl, so should take bout an hour to 2, it doesnt have power steering, and i think its jus drain the water move the alternator out the way, remove the 4bolts that hold the whole pump on,dis connect the thermostat and the 3 hoses, then remove and replace?? is it really this simple???

Yes mate, you should be able to do it in about an hour. Try to get all the airlocks out of the coolant when you are done as well. by runnning the engine with the coolant header tank cap off for a while, until any air locks bubble through.

can be done in under half an hour, aslong as you dont f**k owt up. good luck
