Welcome RichardP
I ran a very low mileage ED40 myself for 2.5 years, amassing a whole 6.5k miles or so.
I thought my old one must’ve been one of the lowest mileage ones around but obviously not!
I had no DCC and ran the car on 19” Pretoria wheels finding the ride quality absolutely fine.
Slightly knobbly on certain road surfaces but certainly not bad.
What kind of car(s) are you coming from Richard?
I run a TCR with DCC now and although it smooths out minor imperfections nicely it jars far worse on sudden sharp irregularities up to the point it really irritates me some days. I think the front springs are to blame. Or maybe the bushes... ?
An Ohlins kit is quite an investment so it’s good to hear you’re having a positive experience with that.
I think it’s a good idea to fit a set up like that to a car like the Clubsport as it gives the car a dual use potential (road and track) without any detrimental affect.
Oh, and where are the photos?
