The 'owning a rare car' saga goes on...spent all day trying to source a set of second hand rims for mine (steel or alloy), with no luck. Plenty of choice for almost every type and brand of car...VW, no way!!!  :sad:

Glad I didn't buy the tires first.
nothing rare about a mk4 golf and use seat or audi wheels

Tried Audi wheels today....they DO NOT FIT!!!

I have never seen a SEAT vehicle in this country.

Tried Audi wheels today....they DO NOT FIT!!!

I have never seen a SEAT vehicle in this country.
audi wheels DO FIT if they come of an early a3  :grin:

Fitted on the rear, but very very close to the brake calipers...no chance on the front!!

Slip on over here then my friend and try what we did yesterday...if you can get that wheel any closer than 2" to the hub face, you'll be on the television news!!
