Have a look for any vacuum hose that might have a kink in it, my car had boost problems, and it just turned out to be the vacuum hose coming off the n75 valve, causing it to stop the wastegate from working.

checked pipes , it did boost once for a couple of day and now nothing again, fitted boost gauge and it reads about 3psi

Clogged pipe / knackered turbo then maybe?

Scan it for codes. This should at least tell you where to start looking.

Standard (unmapped) boost is only about 5 psi or thereabouts, so you are not far off.

Itll be a block or cracked pipe somewhere, check under the inlet manifold maze of pipes under there
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)

Are you getting no boost at all or are you getting very low boost. Check the bolts holding the turbo on the manifold
