First of all. How hot was the car when you took it? I dont mean coolant tenp showed correct.

If the garages sensor is showing lamda as within spec then its not a fuelling issue which means changing your lambda sensor will do nothing to help..

The lambda showed you are running lean in the test condition. Which would normally mean less CO, due to less partial combusion.

Catalysts work on a surface area and require temperature to work. A standard cat has a large surface area to react enough CO to pass at low temperatures (approx 240c).

A sport car has less surface area for the catalysis reaction so needs to up to full operating temperature (450c ish).

It wasn't very hot at all actually. How long should I drive it for to get it hot enough to warm up. Thanks!

You'll want it stinking hot. The longer and harder the drive the better. Wouldn't be able to tell you how long a drive though.

A normal decent a road drive shoud eventually get it up to temp. But you want to really soak everythinh with heat to allow for a cooldown period.

Ideally you dont want it sitting round too long at the MOT station before the test.

Update....I spoke to the MOT tester and he told me to drive it like I stole it haha, So I took her for a hard going over for 40 mins  I could feel the heat coming from the side of the car when I got out. The MOT tester took her straight in and started the emissions test, but there was no change at all  I have contacted the company that fitted the Sports Cat (as it has a life time guarantee) and they are going to do some tests on Tuesday. Fingers crossed they can sort her out!

Did it fail by the same amount as last time.
If it did, it sounds like a possible duff cat.

Or ask a different garage if they can do emissions for you just out of curiosity? It's highly unlikely but calibration or all sorts could have an effect? Nothing to lose

Yes mate, it did. I go my appointment tomorrow with the company that fitted the sports cat, so hopefully they will change it if it is faulty
