What New parts would you advise

I am having a new Beachbuggy Turbo k250 fitted, with a Badger5 ported manifold and an R-Tech supersize TIP. I am going to get a new manifold and downpipe gaskets too, but what else would you advise I get for this. i.e. new bolts ect. Thanks
Mods: R-Tech custom remap, Beachbuggy K250 Turbo, Forge 007 DV, RAMAIR Jetstream 108 induction filter, silicone piping throughout, R-Tech Supersize TIP, 42 Draft Stealth Catch Can, N249 bypass, Ported Manifold, Toyo Sports FMIC with 2 & 1/2 pipes, Custom made full turbo back exhaust & 2 & 1/2 " downpipe and 200 cell sports cat. BAM injectors, Turbosmart Boost Gauge, BBS CK Wheels, 312mm Brembo front discs and pads, Carbon canister delete and last of all, a liquid cube!

New manifold nuts, banjo washers, and possibly new studs and bits for the turbo, turbo-manifold gasket  :cool:

Yep should be. I would invest £60 more and get that performance inlet manifold gasket. Its ment to stop the heat going from the engine to the inlet so keeps temps lower. Think its called power gasket by new south performance. If you have an agu engine code then you have the large port if any other then its small port

Sorry, but I am a bit confused. Are you suggesting getting another gasket for the inlet manifold that is on the front of the engine? As I am only having the other manifold ported which the turbo goes on. Are there any performance gaskets for the manifold which I am getting ported?

i have heard that there's coz problems and not worth it just get wmi its a lot better

Yeah, I just found a thread about those gaskets and apparently they are not that good because there have been reports of them cracking. In the same thread there was a mention of someone on MK4 forums that made some better ones, which some of the members from here did a group buy of.
