I'm only going to a stage 2 map so it's guna be 250bhp tops 4 me
Plus what does 5 bar mean on fuel pressure?

standard fuel pressure is 3bar on 150 and 180bhp engines and 4bar on the 225bhp engines
but anything higher than 4bar will put a lot of pressure on the standard fuel pump and injectors and may lead to them failing

So would u say the cupra r pump will be to much 4 a stage 2 map ?
What injectors do u recommend 4 stage 2

your standard pump and injectors are good for 250bhp with no problems
2004 auq, 550cc injectors, gt3071r, adjustable fpr, ebc, fmic, sachs stage 2, walbro 255, 3" turbo back, 3" custom intake, n75 n249 sai delete.

if your going for a new pump then get the walbro its £75 on ebay. the oem pump new would be around £150-£200 I think. As for the cupra pump it might have a lot done and could break. If I was you I would keep using your original and if it gives up then upgrade. 104k on the original is not a lot.
