Check the carpets arnt wet.
Door seals dont leak when pressure wash.
Check drain holes for the sunroof
Check drain for scuttle panel (empty bucket of water on windscreen should come out under car behind front wheel very quickly)
Check boot floor not wet as rear lights can leak.
Check rear washer works and iant emptying inside the car.

Ive had exact same issues with condensation on windscreen,
I changed the cars pollen filter and cars windscreen has
Been dry ever since, old filter was a bit damp, i think
This has been source of condensation in the car, maybe
Check yours out m8, seems to have sorted mine, so far so
Good :)

Are you using your a/c this time of year?

My Leon would condensate through the winter when left if I had been using the a/c, turn it off and the problem never came back.

Was common problem from reading the forums.

I've got the same problem. AC off but past week or so it's steamed up like a scene from titanic every morning. Only recently had it serviced too. Swear it wasn't this bad last winter. My mk5 gti did the same, but not as bad.
