Remember that slicing the end off the turbo side is an option to allow you to fit it on. But try your best without and make sure that is definitely going to work because you don't want to go and cut too much off and junk the TIP. Make sure you dont cut too much off as you need space for the jubilee clip.

Also slide the jubilee on before fitting the TIP!

Oh and say goodbye to your knuckles.

There is an 8mm allen key bolt that secure the hard metal water pipe to the block, remove this bolt and ease the pipe away from the engine slightly, fit the tip then put the bolt back in with a thick washer between he water pipe and block.

Fitted it today bud . I was very much thinking the same but I can't see what the fuss is about fitting them  .  Admittedly I was lucky enough to have access to a set of ramps. It took me 1 1/2 hours on my own. I managed to bend the water pipe with it still attached to the block just enough to push the tip down to the turbo inlet

Because Racecar

tbh with ramps it wouldnt be anywhere as near as hard, on the floor/axle stands = no fun.

Do these allow you to fit the DV and hockey puck either way round or just the AUM/AUQ way?
