Frack away I say! Anywhere!

If I live as long as my Dad I have another 35 years of driving and I want to do that in my Golf!

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.

And?

Sewage comes from us and unless its fully treated goes out to sea where we surf etc. with pathogens and bacteria that give us bad infections.

Fracking has nothing to do with that.

How do people feel about depleted uranium shell's being used in the fracking process? Is
it ok if we irradiate the country? Sheep with five legs might be good, cheaper lamb in the shops

And your of to the state where they've found the 2nd largest reserve of shale gas in the world! It wont be kicking off for a couple more years yet but when it does it will be massive over here.
I often wonder why people never expect sarcastic comments from me - they're the only reason I speak...

Oh ok, as long as it doesn't directly effect you then.

Do you know how bad it is for the environment? Where do you think the toxic waste will end up? Most likely waterways, canals and eventually the ocean.

Enjoy surfing once they start fracking

Like I said Jay - full treatment!
That is what SAS has been campaigning for now for over 20 years! Waste products (sewage/toxins) have been entering our waterways and seas for centuries!
We now have the technology and ability to stop that as long as the water companies do their bit which they dont! Add in the effect of Storm water outfalls which allow raw sewage to enter our seas etc. when we get a small shower of rain!

Now as for fracking they will be licensed and part of that license will be the treatment of the waste they produce.
In practice they will be dealt with the same way the Water companies are.

At the moment there are no proposed fracking sites near a decent surfing beach and hopefully that will continue.
