GTI Ordered. Who else has made the jump?

I've my MK7 GTI Ordered this morning. Standard spec GTI in White. Who else has made the jump. We can make this the official order thread :smiley:

Keyless entry, pana roof and winter pack.
Want pacific blue, but not available on order screen?..??
Have ordered black pearl to get order through, and hopefully change on Tuesday when dealer can phone vw.

Now confirmed as carbon. See other threads re colour

Thanks Mr GTD. My dealer was saying they have an allocation of one GTI per month. Dirvy have you been told something similar? The dealer in question is medium sized...

It's well known that the dealerships only have a tiny allocation of GTI/GTD's per month, 2 or 3 usually i think, thats why i paid a deposit a month ago to avoid being in the queue! It was a nightmare when the 6 had been available to order for a couple of months! :sick:  If you have a look at some of the older mk6 threads you'll see that some of the wait times were shocking and i have a feeling it'll be that way with the 7?

Yep. I've just bought a Passat, so I've got no cash for another Golf just yet. If I start saving now, an ED40 should be just about doable.

Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

As James said, hold fire Phil and be one of the first for a ED40, I know I've thort about a 7 esp with all the talk and orders going in at the mo, just makes mine feel real old...but it wud be to much money down the drain so my sensible head is winning at the mo....

I must say when the ED35 is cleaned and polished up it looks the business...so maybe spend my time and money on the ED35 and not in the VW showroom... :grin:
