Pretty sure you had a thread before and we told you get rid and buy a 1.8t at the end of the day ure mk4 won't be no Evo

As said. Ive spend loads on my mk4 enough money for a evo easy, but when its finished it will be one of a kind and ill love it as I love Golfs and that what I want but when my mate takes me out in his fq300 and power slides round a roundabout in the dry (private road of course) you do realise that no matter what you do to the mk4 it will never handle like that, ever!

But im still going to tune the golf

O hey bud i know im not knocking it i love the mk4 hence why i have 1 for my daily but just u know what i mean! Good luck with that u decide dude end of the day its ure motor but 1.8t is the best ay of getting more power

And then u have spent that money and got 245bhp...  the money spent on a r32 would get you 300bhp plus  out of a mk4 and change!!!

£6500 on a R32......or £1500 on a 1.8t and £5000 on bits you will be hitting 350bhp not 245!

As I said don't waste your money buying the 225 lump with its redial outs scene tax
It's the same lump as the lower power models.
