I had my take offs welded

Drilled 2 holes close then filed hem out to a very tight fit





2000 GTI 1.8t ARZ, S2000 filter, DSG intake, Forge 007 dv, Catch can, R-tech custom remap, 3" Supersize Silicone TIP, Powerflex dog bone, 'The Beast' FMIC, Ultimate delete, LCR fuel pump, 3" Turbo back, K03 hybrid, Ported Manifold, S3 injectors, 80mm maf = 280bhp 270lbft :evil:

now thats exactly what im on about, is that a 63mm 45 degree bend. i take it any decent welding place should be able to kknock this up eh?

Yeah and a 8mm connector and a 25mm connector just gotta find somewhere that does alloy welding

Nah he's sound fella he's been nothing but a great help for me  :grin:
 
Personally I would stay away from basingstoke I think it is so I don't get chopped by an a3  :whistle:

Definitely avoid basingstoke. Especially the race track, sorry, Ring Road at night.
