Hot side from cooler; a 63mm 90* silicone bend, 63mm 90* alloy bend, 63mm 90* silicone bend, 63mm 300mm straight alloy coupler, 63mm 45* Silicone bend, 63mm 45* alloy bend (with n75 & dv take offs), 63mm 90* silicone, 63mm alloy couple 100mm long, 63mm-45mm Silicone reducer onto the turbo outlet.

hope that helps

top man!!... would love that cold side pipe but they wont sell it seperatly

do you recon this 100mm pipe would be too close to the turbo to have the d/v and n75 take off on it??

When ordering/fitting a FMIC do I need to keep an eye out for the MAP sensor flange, aswell as the dv&n75 takeoffs??
I'd always just thort that all I needed was the MAP sensor flange???

yer I was quite fortunate that the cold side already 2.5", dunno why they had to restrict the hot side to 1.75"

My 100mm alloy joiner isnt even visible as both the silicone joints touch because of the restricted height issue. So had to use the alloy.45* for take off points

What weve done is DIY'd a fmic kit ie brought eve ything individual. If your buying a kit it should already have the take offs needed. If it doesnt have a map flange forge sell them for £40 then you just need.to get it welded

if this is with 150mm legs can it be cut down or did you have to cut the 90 on top of the turbo (100 mm ally pipe) down to fit?

just thought i would put the results of the intake temps up as its now running.

wasnt to redline but at:

5200rpm the standard intercooler was at 36 degrees c
5200rpm the 'beast' was showing at 12 degrees c

very pleased at the results
