1.6-1.8t AGU K03s, Forge actuator, Forge 007p, turbo back exhuast, Ths front mount, Catch can, 5 piece silicone boost pipes and creation sports tip. Stage 2 atm 232bhp 270lbs. Waiting for custom mapping :-)

2000 GTI 1.8t ARZ, S2000 filter, DSG intake, Forge 007 dv, Catch can, R-tech custom remap, 3" Supersize Silicone TIP, Powerflex dog bone, 'The Beast' FMIC, Ultimate delete, LCR fuel pump, 3" Turbo back, K03 hybrid, Ported Manifold, S3 injectors, 80mm maf = 280bhp 270lbft :evil:

that is big.

interested to see how much it will show when the bumper goes on. I need to et a fmic at some point but want it to look stealthy. where are you sourcing your pipes from?

still searching for them, ASH are out of stock for a few weeks  :cry:

stealth is king imho thats why i want black hoses on the front so you wont notice it

so a few shots of how it going

cut the bottom of the latch bracket



cut away some of the panel to help bring the intercooler as far back as possible







cut an access out and drilled into the frame (where the bumper fixes on to) to fix the intercooler on to







offered up crash bar and marked and cut it



and fitted




offered the bumper on and gave it a little trim, but still needs a bit more, but that will come when i get the hoses on.



thats all the main work done for now, bumper shouldnt take long to finish once its on  :smiley:

That look snug mate want to see it with pipe work now, will you still be able to get the grills in?
