I'm not missing the point i'm just sick of people reading too much into what idiots say or do. In regards to what will get done about it, well its a lottery with the justice system...they are economically dictated and therfor can never show consistency and plus the law is not neutral and is also split by opinion and intolorances and political corruption. In my eyes, anyone with any sort of intolorance to others because of who they are can all curl up and die for all I care as they are inhuman and derserve no acknowledgment. But yet this woman appears all over the internet and sparks a mass debate on what should be done about it when in actual fact it makes matter worse. Too many crazy ass fools in this world so to sit and moan over one woman ain't gonna solve the problem. Its not about punishing one person, but eradicating a worldwide scar on the human race. Giving someone a minor financial punishment does not change the way they think does it? Its pointless.

Well for most of the video she is saying how proud she is to be black etc.. then she end by saying she hates white people.

This is not illegal.

It's illegal to discriminate, but not to say you hate white/black people.

You are probably thinking of The Race Relations Act (1976) this is protection against discrimination where goods and services are provided etc..

To simply say you hate black/white people is not illegal.

If you incite racial hatred through publications/speeches etc.. then you can be arrested as that's illegal.

That's just it, when the boot was on the other foot there was no such outrage, I'm talking about the Emma West incident on the train. There was a thread on here about it and some people were actually agreeing with it.

The thread was subsequently locked, as this one should be. It's a tin of worms like every other race thread that pops up every so often on here.

I hate racism.

I hate that racism towards white people is treated differently than racist towards black people.

Some people in South Africa are quick to call people racist for stupid poo.

what pisses me off about racisum is that if you think a white person is a thingy you can inform them of your opnion of them and that fine,  if you think a black person is a thingy you can not inform them without being a "racist " this pisses me off

Definition of racism in this country works on the basis of those in the majority holding the power and ability to discriminate against those in a minority...hence the term ethnic minority...Thats why the racism thing doesnt work too well in the opposite direction despite the actual definition by DirectGov stating
